A Wedding Cupcake Tower

I made this wedding cupcake tower for friends who recently tied the knot. I made vanilla & chocolate cupcakes with vanilla buttercream & blue fondant hearts. The cake on top was a tuxedo cake (one layer of vanilla cake & one layer of chocolate cake) filled with chocolate buttercream and iced with vanilla buttercream.

My friend at Joe's Lunch Box catered the event - it was a delicious dinner!

Fall Wedding Cake at Jiminy Peak

Last weekend I created a fall wedding cake, along with a groom's cake for a wedding at Jiminy Peak. The wedding cake consisted of red velvet cake with cream cheese buttercream, and vanilla almond cake with strawberry fruit filling. Ivory fondant and sugar leaves covered the cake.

The bride also wanted a groom's cake to surprise her husband-to-be. She ordered a cake to resemble a hockey puck & had his favorite team's logo on it - the Montreal Canadiens.

Fall Wedding Cake

This cake was created for a couple from New York City, getting married in the Berkshires. This cake included chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream, vanilla cake with raspberry filling and vanilla cake with whipped cream & strawberries. Sugar flowers topped the cake and accented the sides of the cake.

Baptism Cake

I made this baptism cake for a sweet little girl! (I also made her mom's wedding cake, birthday cake & baby shower cake!)

This was marble cake with vanilla buttercream, fondant butterflies and flowers in the shape of a cross.

Wedding Cake at the Country Club of Pittsfield

I created this lovely fall cake for a wedding at the Country Club of Pittsfield. The bride provided the fresh flowers which I arranged. This buttercream cake included red velvet cake with cream cheese buttercream & vanilla almond cake with raspberry filling, along with piped buttercream scrolls.

A Baby Shower Cake

I made this baby shower cake for a friend of mine. The mom ordered the cake and requested something easy to cut! :o)

This was vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream and fondant butterflies, flowers & onesie.

Wedding Cake at the Orchards Hotel

The bride who ordered this cake saw one of my cakes on my website & liked the look of it, but wanted the roses to be more of a maroon color. Her wedding was at the lovely Orchards Hotel in Williamstown.
