Engagement Party Cupcakes

These cupcakes were ordered for an engagement party. On top of the buttercream frosting sits fondant hearts with the couples' initials on them.

I have to admit, this has been the most odd request for a cake! This was for a little boy who's turning one year old. The mom (at Dolce Media) told me that the stairs are her little boy's favorite thing right now! She even helped with the design!

Winter Wedding at the Cranwell Resort

This couple decided to get married in the winter season at the Cranwell Resort. They wanted a cupcake tower with snowflake cupcake wrappers. The top cake will be for their first anniversary, and the cupcakes below were vanilla, chocolate and red velvet flavors with scattered fondant snowflakes on them.

New Orleans Saints Birthday Cake

I made this cake for my son's birthday. (This was actually a "Plan B" cake...so, according to him, I still owe him a cake.)

Thanks to his grandpa from New Orleans, he is now a huge Saints fan! At the request of my son, this cake is all vanilla with vanilla buttercream and vanilla fondant.

Cranwell, Lenox: Wedding Cake

This 4-tier cake was created for a wedding held at Cranwell in Lenox, MA. It includes freehanded scroll work at the corners and fresh flowers selected by the bride.
